A former intake coordinator for Lundy Law has been sentenced to prison time for filing false federal income tax returns, after failing to report kickbacks he received through his job at the firm.
Francis J. Bass was sentenced Monday to six months in jail and one year of supervised release, after pleading guilty in May to four counts of subscribing tax returns that substantially under-reported his income.
