Hitchner v. Bartell, PICS Case No. 16-1356 (Pa. Super. Oct. 24, 2016) (memorandum) Lazarus, J. (9 pages).
The trial court erred in granting summary judgment to defendant in a slip-and-fall case where there was sufficient record evidence for the jury to reasonably infer that the dilapidated condition of concrete steps where plaintiff fell caused plaintiff’s slip-and-fall. Summary judgment vacated, case remanded.
