Summary judgment was proper in favor of tenants in a snow and ice slip-and-fall case based on the assumption of risk doctrine where plaintiff did not deny any of the factual averments in tenants’ summary judgment motion or allege a genuine issue of material fact. Summary judgment affirmed.
