Bill Cosby’s most recent effort to have his criminal charges dismissed has failed, as well as his attempts to subject his accusers to competency hearings.

Cosby’s motion to dismiss his charges based on deprivation of due process rights was denied Wednesday by Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Judge Steven T. O’Neill. O’Neill also denied Cosby’s motion for a competency hearing and request for in camera voir dire of women who said they were sexually assaulted by Cosby.
