Philadelphia plaintiffs attorney Bernard W. Smalley Sr. has joined Raynes McCarty, leaving the Tucker Law Group.
Smalley, whose practice focuses on medical malpractice, workplace accidents and personal injury cases, joined Raynes McCarty late last month after five years at the Tucker Law Group. He said the move came about largely due to conflicts he encountered at Tucker, which has a number of institutional clients.
