She focuses her practice on securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She has built an impressive portfolio of business by leading deals that have allowed companies the ability to grow and prosper. These deals include billion-dollar acquisitions and hundred-million-dollar IPOs, among others. As a result of these impressive professionals achievements, Diffley was included in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2015 40 Under 40 list. She is the primary editor of Drinker Biddle’s Securities & Governance update newsletter and also serves on several firm committees including the Women’s Leadership Committee.
