The managing partner at White and Williams, Santelle, appointed in December 2013, is the first female managing partner in the 115-year history of the firm. Under her direction, the firm of 250 attorneys has grown, requiring larger office spaces in both New York and Boston. In addition, White and Williams is one of the few firms with insurance litigation as a core practice area that has not only survived but thrived in the last several years.
