Opioid Addiction
Gov. Tom Wolf on Dec. 15 announced the Department of Corrections has awarded $1.5 million to human service agencies serving 13 counties to provide medication-assisted treatment to offenders for substance abuse disorder, under a grant program authorized by Act 80 of 2016.
