A woman injured while standing outside of her car as it was rear-ended can produce insurance premiums and medical bills as evidence in her case against Progressive Direct Insurance Co.

Plaintiff Angela M. Rodkey sued the insurance company for denying coverage of her uninsured motorist claim stemming from a hit-and-run that occurred while she was removing her son from the backseat of her car, which was rear-ended while parked in front of a supermarket.
