The trial court properly denied a motion to amend praecipe to reflect an arbitration panel award apportioning liability among defendants where the prothonotary correctly entered the apportioned amounts, but erred denying the motion on the basis that it determined that the award should not have been apportioned, as the arbitration panel had full authority to determine the issue of apportionment. Order of the trial court affirmed.
