Ballard Spahr has a new office leader in Wilmington, Delaware, as the current head of the Delaware practice is taking a broader leadership position overseeing the firm’s public finance practice.

Emilie Ninan, who has run the firm’s Wilmington location since 2011 and served on the firm’s partner compensation committee, will now lead the firm’s 50-lawyer national public finance department, the firm announced Tuesday. White-collar defense litigator Beth Moskow-Schnoll will take over from Ninan as managing partner of the 16-lawyer Delaware office.
