As he prepares to take over the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Josh Shapiro is bringing in a litigator from Blank Rome to head up the office’s civil division.
Shapiro, who is set to be sworn in Tuesday, announced Jan. 12 that Jonathan Scott Goldman, a partner in Blank Rome’s commercial litigation group, will serve as his executive deputy attorney general for the civil division. Goldman joined Blank Rome more than 10 years ago, and he has represented businesses, municipalities and individuals in general disputes, complex litigation and administrative proceedings.
