In the wake of a few tumultuous years at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, newly sworn-in Attorney General Josh Shapiro has created the ­position of chief integrity ­officer, to be filled by ethics attorney Eric 
Fillman.

For seven years, Fillman has run the ­ethics program in the Democratic Caucus of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, and served as counsel to the House Committee on Ethics.
