State Reps. Seth M. Grove, R-York, and Ron Marsico, R-Dauphin, recently issued a memo announcing their plans to reintroduce HB 323, which would allow the Pennsylvania Superior Court to create a statewide Commerce Court program.

“Under this bill the Commerce Court would hear cases on corporate acquisitions, mergers, dissolutions, liquidations, or other matters concerning corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, sole proprietorships and corporate partnerships,” the memo said.
