Breach • Enforceable Agreement to Arbitrate • Lack of Signature on Agreement

Pittsburgh Logistics Sys., Inc. v. B. Keppel Trucking, LLC, PICS Case No. 17-0072 (Pa. Super. Jan. 6, 2017) Ransom, J. (8 pages).

An agreement to arbitrate was enforceable on the parties where it was a provision in an unsigned contract that was binding on the parties because it did not explicitly require a signature as the intent of the parties to be legally bound constituted sufficient consideration. Order of the trial court affirmed.
