Court found that plaintiffs pleaded sufficient structural features to show an association-in-fact enterprise and pleaded an enterprise that was distinct from the individuals who operated and managed it, but failed to sufficiently plead that defendants defrauded a financial institution and failed to show predicate acts of mail fraud. Motion granted in part and denied in part.
