After years of pretrial litigation, the three former Penn State administrators charged with covering up the sex abuse of convicted serial child molester Jerry Sandusky are set to have their criminal case go before a jury next month.

Berks County Court of Common Pleas Judge John Boccabella issued two orders Wednesday, one of which set a date of March 20 for the start of jury selection in the criminal trial. The other order quashed charges of failure to report child abuse as barred by the statute of limitations. Boccabella did not outline any reasoning for that decision.
