Pennsylvania senators are mulling a bill that would require a landlord to disclose to any prospective tenant a residential unit’s flood history.
Landlords would also be required to provide an address and phone number of the nearest office of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to any prospective tenant seeking to find out whether a property was located in a floodplain.
