Bill Cosby’s criminal trial will take place in Montgomery County, but the jury is set to be chosen from a different jurisdiction, the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas ruled Monday.

Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Judge Steven T. O’Neill granted Cosby’s request for a change of venire and denied his request for a change of venue, following a hearing Monday. His order will be certified to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which will determine the jurisdiction from which the jury will be selected.
