Interlocutory appeals have been denied to three former Penn State administrators facing criminal charges in connection with Jerry Sandusky’s sexual abuse of children.

The three, former university president Graham Spanier, ex-senior vice president for business and finance Gary Schultz and ex-athletic director Tim Curley, are facing child endangerment charges, and had sought to immediately go to the Superior Court to appeal Judge John Boccabella’s decision last month denying their challenges that the child endangerment law did not apply to them and the charges had been brought too late.
