Saul Ewing posted a modest decline in revenue and a dip in profits in 2016, as litigation activity slowed and two contingency fees came in later than expected.
Revenue fell 1.6 percent, from $155 million in 2015 to $152.5 million in 2016. Profits per equity partner (PPP) dropped 5.6 percent, from $620,000 to $585,000.
