An Allegheny County jury will be brought across the state to hear the criminal case against comedian Bill Cosby, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled.
In an order issued late Monday, the justices said that an Allegheny County jury will be impaneled to hear Cosby’s trial over allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted a woman. The trial is set to begin in June in Montgomery County court.
