Plaintiff was not entitled to proceed with a civil action against her former employer for wrongful termination where she failed to exhaust her administrative remedies. Additionally, plaintiff was not able to pursue a breach of contract claim where she was an at-will employee. The court granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
