Admission of nearly 100 images and videos of child pornography not in error where defendant refused to stipulate to bulk of evidence after sample evidence selected by trial court was shown to jury, failed to raise a timely objection, and where the evidence was not cumulative as each image or video constituted a separate crime. Conviction affirmed, judgment of sentence vacated in part, case remanded for resentencing.
