Court granted defendant’s motion to transfer a class action claim to the northern district of Illinois under the first-filed rule because the class action claim pending in that district alleged that the same defendant made the same claims respecting the same products across the same geographic region and the claims mislead the public for the same reason and the Jumara factors weighed strongly in favor of transfer. Motion granted.
