Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry‘s state and local tax practice chair Stewart M. Weintraub again served as the overall chair of the American Bar Association/Institute for Professionals advanced tax seminars, an annual conference that brings the latest state and local tax updates to tax professionals nationwide.
Weintraub led the organization of the annual conference and also moderated a panel during a joint session of the income tax portion and sales-and-use tax portion titled, “Illegal or Just Frowned Upon? An Exploration of Black, White and Gray Areas” and a panel at the property tax portion titled, “Ethics for Property Tax Lawyers and Consultants.”
