The court found that plaintiffs’ assertion of venue in Lackawanna County was improper. Plaintiffs were Bradford County residents injured in an automobile accident in Bradford County and they sued the Bradford County ambulance driver and his Bradford County employer, asserting joint and several liability. Plaintiffs alleged defendant employer regularly conducted business in Lackawanna County by transporting patients to and from locations in Lackawanna County. Defendants asserted venue was improper.
