On April 17 the civil defense litigation firm McGivney & Kluger elevated its partner Kerryann M. Cook to the masthead and the name of the firm became McGivney, Kluger & Cook.
Cook has been with the firm for 12 years and is the managing attorney for the firm’s New York City mass tort and class action litigation involving asbestos.
