Allowing the commonwealth’s amendment of information shortly before trial was not improper where the new charge contained essentially the same elements as the existing charges. Sufficient evidence existed as to all convictions, and circumstantial evidence was properly admitted. The court denied all of defendant’s post-trial motions.
