Attorney Kiandra Bair of McNees Wallace & Nurick delivered the keynote address to the winners of the 2017 Martin Luther King Jr. scholarship on May 12 at Trinity Lutheran Church.
In 2006, Bair was awarded the scholarship before she enrolled at the University of Maryland.
