The court affirmed the order of the board of probation and parole recommitting petitioner as a TPV and a CPV and recalculating his maximum date because petitioner failed to raise the issues of credit for time spent incarcerated in West Virginia or in the community corrections center before the board and those issues were waived. Affirmed.
