The unprecedented request made by an amicus curiae in Tincher v. Omega Flex, which asked the state Supreme Court to grant reargument in the high-profile products liability case, has been denied.
The Pennsylvania Association for Justice had asked the high court in November to hear its separate arguments in the case, even though the justices heard from both the plaintiffs and defendants during an oral argument session in October. The court denied the request, according to a docket entry made today.
