What is wrong with this language? “TERM. The Term of this Agreement shall begin on 2nd day of January, 1988 and shall run continuously for 1 (one) year and shall have 1 (one) full ten years option to lease again.”
Don’t worry about the poor sentence structure or the grammar. Those defects jump out at you. Instead, think about what business concepts are missing.
