The Pennsylvania Bar Association has adopted a resolution from the civil litigation section of the bar opposing Senate Bill 1376, legislation that is designed to abolish joint and several liability.
The resolution, which opposes the Senate bill in its current form, was adopted Friday at the PBA’s House of Delegates meeting at the Hersey Lodge and Convention Center, in Hershey, Pa.
