A Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas jury has awarded $2.34 million to the estate and the three children of a 28-year-old man who died of a heart attack while under treatment in an emergency room.
However, the verdict will be molded to $2,129,400 because the jury found the plaintiff 9 percent negligent in his own death.
