Originating in the state Senate without the offending language, SB 1100 was introduced by Senators Robert J. Thompson, R-Chester, Robert D. Robbins, R-Mercer, Michael A. O’Pake, D-Berks, Raphael J. Musto, D-Luzerne, Mary Jo White, R-Venango, Charles D. Lemmond Jr., R-Luzerne, Jim Gerlach, R-Chester and John N. Wozniak, D-Cambria.
