Hoping to capitalize on what he believes is a more integrated practice, Cozen O’Connor estate planning and administration department chairman Mark S. Blaskey has left the firm to become a partner at Pepper Hamilton.

Blaskey, a senior member of the local tax and estates bars, has worked at several local law firms during his 27-year legal career. A certified public accountant, Blaskey said he started his career as a tax lawyer and now concentrates on representing family owned businesses and wealthy individuals on managing their estates.
