She walks to the witness stand and begins questioning the doctor about the care he gave her injured client. The flustered witness stammers and begins to contradict his previous statements, and the advocate then knows the jury will decide in her client’s favor.
But she is not a high-powered Philadelphia plaintiffs’ attorney – at least, not yet. She is one of hundreds of local high school students who participated in the annual John S. Bradway Philadelphia High School Mock Trial Competition.
