Rawle & Henderson has expanded into Delaware, opening a one-lawyer office in Wilmington, adding to the number of Philadelphia firms that have opted to open Delaware offices.
The branch opened July 1 and, for now, employs one lawyer. However, equity partner John McCarthy said an offer was just made to an attorney for a spot in the Delaware office.
