A Philadelphia jury has awarded $2.5 million in a legal malpractice suit against attorney John F. Hunt that was brought by a health care company that accused Hunt of acting with a conflict of interest when he effectively represented both sides in a corporate acquisition.
The verdict, delivered Monday in Capital Care Corp. v. Hunt, is a victory for attorneys Arthur W. Lefco and Patricia Sons Biswanger of Cozen O’Connor.
