Litigator Christopher P. Stief, looking to diversify his clientele, has left Paoli’s Rubin & Associates to start an employee defection and recruitment practice group at Saul Ewing.

Stief, who brought along associate Michael Greco, brings his narrow but national practice focus, which is geared toward enforcing non-compete agreements, trade secrets and related issues. The 25-attorney Rubin firm focuses on this kind of work, with its chief client being investment bank Merrill Lynch.
