H. Beatty Chadwick, 65, has been in prison since April 5, 1995, accused of hiding $2.5 million from his wife during divorce proceedings.
Chadwick contends that he lost the money in an overseas investment. His former wife, Barbara Jean Crowther Chadwick, alleges that he stashed the money in bank accounts around the world and that the amount has most likely grown to $6 million or more.
