Washington – The federal government’s “zero tolerance” policy on drug use in public housing was embraced with what appeared to be zero opposition from the Supreme Court yesterday.
The policy allows local housing authorities to evict tenants whose household members or guests engage in drug-related activity on or off the premises, whether or not the tenant was aware of the activity.
