BJ’s Wholesale Club has been hit with a class-action lawsuit that accuses the discount retailer of selling “gray market” watches that come with no manufacturer’s warranty and are therefore considered “inferior, second-hand or even stolen.”
The suit alleges that such watches have “extremely reduced resale values” and cannot be serviced by manufacturers or legitimate dealers.
