Looking to geographically expand the reach of its labor and employment and insurance defense litigation practices, Harvey Pennington has opened offices in Pittsburgh and San Francisco. The additions bring Harvey Pennington’s attorney count to more than 70.
The firm has acquired a seven-attorney San Francisco firm called The Berkley Law Group. Berkley, headed by managing partner Daniel Berkley for 13 years, mainly represents clients in labor and employment law but also handles alternative dispute resolution, business litigation and transactions.
