    High Court Paves Easier Road to Jury for Plaintiffs

    Employment discrimination lawyers on both sides of the aisle seemed to agree yesterday that the U.S. Supreme Court's unanimous decision Monday in Desert Palace Inc. v. Costa will make it easier for plaintiffs to get their cases before a jury.
