    Angelopoulos v. Lazarus PA Inc.

    A new trial was warranted where a shopper was detained in handcuffs for 50 to 55 minutes after eating two pieces of chocolate from an open display box but the jury nonetheless determined that the detention was reasonable and proper. Grant of new trial affirmed.
