In In re Network Access Solutions Corporation, et al , the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the District of Delaware was faced with a challenge by a creditors' committee to allegedly excessive compensation under executive employment agreements whose assumption by the debtor the committee had earlier supported. Not surprisingly, the court found that, to the extent that prior court approval and the committee's prior support implied positions contrary to the committee's challenge, the challenge was barred.
