The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has refused to review the two largest verdicts ever handed up by Luzerne County juries. The verdicts are now worth more than $65 million with delay damages and post-judgment interest.

The high court’s decision upholds an August 2005 decision by the Pennsylvania Superior Court that rejected the appeals of a sprinkler system manufacturer which was held partially liable for a 1997 warehouse fire that destroyed millions of stored documents.
