The Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas has rejected the appeal of an all-terrain vehicle supplier and seller in a product liability case in which the jury awarded $3 million to the family of a man who died from injuries sustained from an ATV accident.

The family of John Dinnien, a union glazier who was 31 years old when he died, had filed suit against the manufacturer, distributor and local seller of the ATV.
